Where we come from
In 2024, Bitwave purchased the “physical security” business unit of Nexera s.p.a., a company in the Engineering group. Today Bitwave has the entire intelligent video surveillance platform Visia the smart platform®, the intellectual property, the contracts and the resources that pertained to the business branch developed in over twenty years of activity in the sector, for primary customers.
With its wealth of references and contracts, consolidated know-how and its own team of resources, Bitwave aims to make its specialized skills in artificial intelligence increasingly central to its offering and is open to partnerships functional to the expansion of its solutions in new sectors.
The Mission
BitWave aims to:
– develop and provide “core” applications in the security sector;
– articulate innovative solution architectures in ASP and/or outsourcing mode;
– offer Customers a permanent Observatory that allows rapid application of the most important technological innovations;
– integrate consolidated applications on the Customer in standard mode;

Operational Sector
With the Visia the Smart Platform® brand, we have been developing physical security solutions since 2003. The platform finds application in all those contexts in which it is necessary to monitor activities taking place within indoor or outdoor areas, with high security standards . The use of artificial intelligence technologies applied to image segmentation, recognition and tracking of individuals and objects, audio analysis and identification of recurring patterns allow the system to adapt perfectly to use in numerous scenarios .
